1.1 Payment in full is required upon booking for grazing boards. Orders are confirmed at the point of payment.
1.2 Setups and table styling require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment is to be paid in full 5 days before any setup, table styling or event. Your purchase is confirmed at the point of payment of deposit.
2.2 Any cancellation of boards up to 48hrs of delivery will receive a 50% refund.
2.3 Any cancellation within 48 hours of delivery will be charged at full price.
2.4 Separate terms and conditions will be tailored for setups, table styling and events.
2.5 If a date and time is available I am able to rearrange a delivery/collection for a paid purchase. This is only available outside of the 48-hour limit.
3.1 Collection of boards is an option and you are free to do so from my premises in Aldbourne, Marlborough.
3.2 A time slot will be allocated to you for collection. If you want a specific delivery time please email me at hello@aboardbyrozi.co.uk.
3.3 Delivery is free within 5 miles of Aldbourne, Wiltshire. Outside of 5 miles delivery charges will apply and are charged according to distance.
3.4 If you’re outside of the 35-mile delivery range, please contact me before placing an order.
3.5 If you require delivery please give the full address and any additional directions which can help the delivery process to run as smoothly as possible.
3.6 Where possible, boards will be delivered at the requested time, but please be mindful of unforeseen circumstances that may delay your delivery.
3.7 All boards are made fresh and made to order. If a recipient is not home an attempt to deliver to a neighbour will be made. If there is a safe place to leave the board, it can be left. If there is no one to deliver to or no safe place, the board will be returned to Aldbourne and full charges will apply. Products on the board are fresh and are perishable.
4.1 I use fresh produce in my grazing boards, setups, table styling and events. If I do not have certain produce available you will be informed in plenty of time, so you’re aware of any amendments.
4.2 Contents are subject to change due to seasonal changes in produce and supplier availability.
5.2 I do not work in an allergen-free environment so in order to process any orders I will need to be aware of any allergens.
5.3 I am always happy to discuss dietary requirements but also hold the right to decline an order if I feel that I am not within my means of guaranteeing that the products are allergen-free. I work with suppliers who handle allergens so I cannot guarantee any cross-contamination.
5.4 I hold no responsibility if you fail to inform me at the time of enquiry and purchase of any persons with known allergies.

6.1 All boards are made freshly on the day.
6.2 If you are not planning to consume the board on the day, please let me know at the point of purchase so the produce can be wrapped up to maintain freshness.
6.3 Boards can be refrigerated but please remove crackers before placing in the fridge.
6.4 Consume boards within 48 hours of purchase.
7.1 WHAT DO I DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse my store, I also automatically receive your computer's IP address in order to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system.
7.2 EMAIL MARKETING
With your permission, I may send you emails about my store, new products and other updates.
7.3 CONSENT
When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to me collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

My store is hosted by One.com. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data is stored through One.com's data storage, databases and the general One.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
7.7 PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then my third-party payment gateway might use your credit card info for that purpose. See 7.8.

In general, the third-party providers used by me will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to me.

To protect your personal information, I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
